We stayed in an apartment overlooking Chez Woody. It looked very popular so we gave it a go! Wow!! The food was incredible. We had a big board of continental meats for our starter, I had ribs for my main and my partner had a burger. Everything was so tasty and the Ribs were some of the best I’ve had. We don’t speak much French and our waiter was great with us. He didn’t think his English was great but it was actually really good. Great food and great service! We will come back one day. Thank you!
This is a popular restaurant that becomes very busy by 8pm on weekdays but we got a table for 2 without a reservation. The beer and steaks and vegetables were delicious, and the frites quite good. I quite liked the fact the waiting staff spoke to me slowly in French and just about managed to understand my dismal French.
