Chiba Japanese - Réservation de table

They forgot the soup which they gave me future credit as I didn't want to drive all the way back. It happens I'm not bothered by that. There was a dead gnat fly on our white container on the outside but thankfully not in the food. It happens, so my review is not even considering that as it's always about the food. Tempera tasted quite different in texture than normal tempera I'm used to, it almost tasted like corn meal and dense, not crisp and light like a typical tempera. Know that when you pay certain amounts for your meal they do give you a free roll or free something depending on how much you spend. So I got a free roll included. Chiba is reliable in giving you good tasting sushi (note : mediocre) however this is the 2nd time we 've ordered and the sushi isn 't rolled up proper and it comes open up with the ingredients all over the packaging. We ordered tbe ramen on Saturday and it was so unbearably salty that we called them and let them know and the response we got was so you don 't like our ramen ... we let them know we 've dined there previously and liked it but wanted to let them know it was a salty batch. It was not a great response from their team.

I love sushi, but what really stands out to me is the Hibachi at this restaurant! I've ordered it for my family countless times because the portions are generous, there are multiple choices, and everything is delicious. We have tried Hibachi at two other restaurants in the area, but none compare to Chiba in terms of quality and affordability.

Omg, This place is so chill. Sushi is good, it's close to home, great hang out after work with the girls. Great service they're fast friendly and the ambiance is cool. A glass of wine and sushi this girl is happy. If u don't care for sushi the hibachi is just as good. I always leave having had a pleasant experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Amazing! The place is fantastic by itself. I will use something personal to describe the food: I don't like seafood and the only thing I ate there was seafood. The salmon was amazing and the Japanese beer the perfect complement.

The sushi is decent. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. While nothing stands out as exceptional, it is a convenient and tasty option for a quick bite, especially since we live in the neighborhood.

Always fresh and tasty, never had an order made wrong. Love their app, makes it easy to order ahead for pick up or delivery. Plus they have a drive up window if you used the app don't want to go inside.

This restaurant is fantastic, but the food can be pricey. There is a wide selection of sushi available. The service is fast and efficient. Our son really enjoys dining here. Réservez une table maintenant

Chiba is the best Japanese Restaurant! They have a great lunch special! Friendly staff and good atmosphere. The potstickers are delicious. Takeout is always ready quickly.

Ordered take out rolls. They were super fresh and very yummy. I got the beauty and the beast roll. Nice big portions of fish on there. Super good. Will be back.
