CHIC FIL A - Réservation de table

We have never really had a problem. The last time we went they forgot our fries. Cool, it happens. But this time we had to have our sandwich remade. Not once. Not twice. But three times. Everytime we got our sandwich back it was colder then the last. I eventually asked the cashier to please hold the sandwich. When he grabbed it he told me it was cold and wow that 's really bad they kept asking for a receipt. We didn 't have one because we were never provided with one. I love love love Chick-fil-A but this experience wasn 't the best :

visit this Chick-fil-A opposite the stadium in Texas tech. dense interior service was fantastic and eating was served hot and fast and properly. about the same experience I have it most Chick-fil-A's. the picture shows the proximity of the charging drive through went very fast, and I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe, but they were made of pfeffer jack cheese and I got it with colby jack cheese and I think I really prefer that now.

Food is really good when the orders are not missing items. There are too many times I've came here either through drive thru, delivery, or pick up that my orders have been missing items. I did pay for those items and it shows on the app and the receipt. For example, today I didn't get my salad I ordered or my large waffle fry. I was too short on time to go back and get my order fixed.

Went here today and placed my order, but apparently I’m not allowed to BUY a cup of whip cream since it was for my dog and not me. My dressing for my cool wrap was hot, and I ordered a medium fruit cup and got a small. Chick fil a’s customer service just isn’t what it used to be. Réservez une table maintenant

The food is great, but man do they make you wait for it. Constantly waiting over 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. I started doing curbside and carry-out thinking that’d be quicker, but they seem to prioritize that even less. One sandwich and a drink should not take 15 minutes.

on a Saturday afternoon the place was smeared. drive them thru, dining room. only bustin. sat in the house and guess? faster friendly service and my cool chicken package was fresh and tasty, my waffel fries hot right out of the fat!

this facility is, hands down, my son favorite place for huh. the personal was very friendly, fast with the ordering process. although there was a slight miscommunication, the problem was immediately treated without escalation.

Good food, surprisingly average service. A mistake was made on the order, the person helping us acted like it was a major problem to fix. She did fix it,and said my pleasure, but her facial expression and tone said otherwise. Réservez une table maintenant

If you can ignore the religious stuff about CFA, it's pretty decent. The spicy chicken sandwich isn't spicy at all. Otherwise, the food is pretty good, including the milkshakes.

always good! the orderings are usually correct! and passing through is always fast and efficient. we need to run the government like the Chick-fil-A drive through! ha
