I had a fantastic experience at Chick Chick! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent as well. I noticed that the chicken with French toast and the French toast alone were priced the same, so I plan to order the chicken with French toast next time. The Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Nashville Chicken Sandwich were quite similar; however, the Hot Chicken Sandwich came with a biscuit and French fries, while the Nashville Chicken Sandwich was served with pickles. I would definitely go for the Hot Chicken Sandwich listed under the Plates section of the menu. I give five stars for the Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich, which is an excellent fusion dish. It combines the classic American chicken sandwich with the crispy texture of Korean fried chicken and Nashville-inspired spices. While it may not be authentic Nashville hot chicken (we always get a little excited, but it seems like no one quite nails the oil sauce), that’s almost beside the point. We also tried the chicken wings with soy black pepper sauce. While the sauce was enjoyable, the chicken was tough and seemed either overcooked or reheated. Perhaps we just had a bad batch, as they clearly know how to make fried chicken!
In my first experience with Chick Chick Nashville wings, I must say they were absolutely delicious. The wings were perfectly seasoned, offering a satisfying and hearty experience. The ever-reliable kimchi added its familiar charm to the meal. While the wings were flavorful, they didn't deliver the expected level of heat, but they made up for it with a wonderful explosion of tastes and an excellent dipping sauce. I highly recommend giving them a try; they are a tasty treat that you won’t want to miss!
Wow, wow, wow! I randomly stopped by this place for takeout once and was so impressed with the flavor of the half chicken that I returned for a full sit-down meal. We ordered the whole fried chicken, half Nashville hot and half sesame soy, and it was absolutely excellent. The truffle fried rice was spectacular! The atmosphere is cozy, considering how many people visit, but the brief wait was definitely worth it. The service and attention we received were fantastic as well! Réservez une table maintenant
We were completely blown away by this restaurant! The food was incredible, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was both stylish and fun while being very clean. We tried the gojuchang chicken sandwich and the chicken with French toast, along with some fries and a biscuit. Everything was absolutely delicious. My only regret is that we didn't visit here earlier!
The waitress was friendly and our food was delicious. I ordered the truffle fries and they were the best I ever had. Additionally, I ordered the KSG tenders, kimchi-slaw, and biscuit. My husband ordered the spicy chicken ramen and waffle with chicken tenders. The waffle was delicious! Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing for the price.
The Korean fried chicken sandwich was absolutely incredible! I definitely plan to visit in person whenever I'm in the Upper West Side. The truffle fries were so fresh that I had to air fry them when they arrived (thanks to delivery time, but it wasn't a big issue)! I highly recommend this place!
The chicken was amazing, and the sauces I tasted—hot honey and Nashville/white—were absolutely delicious! They definitely have a nice kick, so if you're not a fan of spicy food, consider yourself warned. And don’t forget to try the biscuit; it’s a must! Réservez une table maintenant
