Haven 't had Chick Filet in years. Waffle fries were.chewy and obviously has been sitting a while. The filet on the sandwich was old and hard and wasn 't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Called to ask if I returned the meal, would they give me back my money as the meal was awful. The manager refused to do so. He literally said they would not give me my money back. I had eaten two fries and tried to cut the hard crispy part off of the filet, but just decided to take it back without eating eat it. I don 't understand why they refused to give me my money back. Not very Christian like...
Everytime I come to this Chick-fil-A location I have to pull up and wait, even after I place a mobile order way ahead of time to avoid having to pull up and wait. Not sure how everyone behind me always gets food before I do. Each time I order two, ten- count chicken minis. It’s not like I order anything with modifications or even a big order. Never happens at the Matt Webber locations, just disappointing.
After the renovation, this location is lacking. Service is consistently slow and disorganized, and there is no mobile-thru option, which adds to backups. There seems to be little culture driven by management of what Service means at CFA. Several other locations in the area are wonderful, but the bar is not being met at this location.
I was wanting to come to chicfila to have a good time with my friend and go through the drive through and our order taker, Callie, was unbelievable rude and looked like she did not want to be there. We asked her questions about the food and she rolled her eyes. usually i don’t have this kind of experience. Food was good though. Réservez une table maintenant
Went through the drive thru was the only car in line. Order my food and pulled up and waited. A truck come up behind me and they brought his food out shortly after which looked to be alot more than I order and I waited more after the truck left. Finally got my food and left. Food was good but service rather lack.
