The service at this Chick-fil-A was outstanding. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and during our visit, we noticed how the staff warmly welcomed everyone in the dining area. One employee, in particular, took great care to keep everything spotless, cleaning every inch of the establishment, including the walls and corners. We were truly impressed by her attention to detail and the warmth she showed to customers while tidying up. I believe every Chick-fil-A could benefit from having someone like Jayme on their team! When I placed my order, David was cheerful, friendly, and very accurate with it. Our food arrived quickly and tasted great. We're definitely looking forward to returning to Lubb...

This location offers excellent service, even with some challenges posed by the weather. I’m surprised by how brief the one-star reviews are; many focus on the drive-thru lines or shortages of certain items. Even when there’s a long line, they manage to process orders quicker than most other fast-food chains. Waiting five minutes behind 20 other cars isn’t unreasonable. Just think about how long it would take at a McDonald's or Braum's with the same number of cars. People really seem to lack patience and fail to appreciate the efficiency of most Chick-fil-A locations. Given the high volume of orders, it's impressive that so many orders are accurate.

A group of 22 of us stopped here for lunch while passing through Lubbock, and it was a great experience! They brought in extra staff to handle the line inside, using handheld devices to take orders more efficiently. The manager even helped serve food directly to guests. I was impressed by the quality of the food—it was even better than our local Chick-fil-A! They thoughtfully included napkins in each bag and took the time to ask how many sauces we wanted. With all this great service, we were back on the road with our orders in about 30 minutes. Fantastic job!

Sat and waited and waited and waited inside for our very simple 2 person order for quite a long while. All while watching car after car after car go thru the drive thru. When we FINALLY got our order it was warm but definitely not hot. It apparently sat for a while because we came inside instead of going thru the drive thru. Very disappointing for Chic-fil-A. The people at this location are so rude. I went this morning the girl at the window looked like she hated her job, never once smiled. The afternoon crew is way better than the morning crew because they are actually nice!

Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A, customer service was outstanding very professional welcoming and overall prompt. You seated yourself and your food was brought out to you before you could sit down and it was fresh!

Always a sports team that eats before a game or a coach meeting with potential players. Service is always exceptional, always given extra sauce. The ice tea is PERFECT every time. Food: 5/5

Went to order 2 shakes 20 mins before closing. And was told that their machine was broken. I just wished that they would have been honest and say that they have shut it down to clean it.. ? Réservez une table maintenant

Chick-fil-A is always on the point. I never had my order wrong. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

dissapointed, because I can't have pickles and it doesn't say pickles because I asked. Oh, good.
