Ii spend a lot of time traveling. This location would have to rank up there with the top 5 worst Chick-fil-A that I have visited. I ordered good the past 2 days because it was right next door and the food was next up to par. Food was cold and thefries seem like they were cooked in old grease. My bun for my spicy chicken sandwich was stale. I was there this evening as Iwas working late and I thought it was going to be convenient. I get there at 6:35. The line moved so slow and didn't get toplace my order until 6:48. I can understand when busy but this location was hardly busy compared to other locations. Monday, September 5, I pulled off the highway, near the beginning of a 4-hour drive home, to grab some dinner. From the moment I got in the not-that-busy drive-through line at 7:54 pm until I got my food, it took 34 minutes. And I even had to go wait at thedoor, in the rain, because I had the sense my order was forgotten. I?m so confused! Isn?t it supposed to be fast food, no matterthe time of day? Or relatively fast food? I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant in that amount of time. We got our food andcoupons for three sandwiches as partial compensation (thank you! , which helped cover some of our $37 bill, BUT then I openedthe food to distribute it to my three other family members. Oy...
Believe the other reviews, this is a terrible Chick fil A. The area around is cramped and terrible to get in, few parking spots. I've never had to sit 15 mins in a line at any other chick fila before. They don't have any workers outside taking your order.It's two drive thru lines that condenses to one so even after you order expect another 10+ mins before getting your food. I sawmultiple other cars give up and jusy leave because of the wait. This place is no better than McDonald's, I will not return tothis Chick Fil A because they refuse to staff it how it should be for the volume they get. Don't come here unless you got 30mins.
Probably one of the most organized Chick-fil-a I have been to. There were 2 long drive thru lines but there were 2 employees taking orders so in made the lines go quick. There were multiple employees distributing food so that was very helpful in helping the line move. The process the employees had to distribute food was very very efficient and effective. Keep up the excellent work. You guys rock! And of course, the food was delicious as always.

Chik fil a is a sort of commodity around me, we only have a few locations and they are well spread apart. So it can be crazy in the drive through however this location is very fast and that's awesome and the food is well prepared and always hot n fresh.The dining hall is very well maintained and they will actually serve you at a table which is very uncommon in fast food but Ilike it. The employees always seem to be in a decent mood too.
So very disappointed today. I ordered at the drive through. My drink order was wrong. When I mentioned it at the pick up window, there was no remedy, no apology. I didn't get any sauce even though I asked for sauce. I didn't get any napkins. I hope thiswas an isolated incident an not a normal occurrence for this location.

Everything was disappointing, from the food to the service to the overall ambiance. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Food amazing as always. The problem is the staffs. Yesterday, there was about 6 staff standing and chitchatting and one of the “cashier” acknowledged us, but continued to chitchat and giving high-fives to workers. After 5-10min is when she attended us.
