On Monday, September 5th, I stopped off the highway near the start of a 4-hour journey home to get some dinner. I entered the not very busy drive-thru line at 7:54 pm, and it took 34 minutes to receive my food. I felt like my order had been forgotten as I had to wait outside in the rain. I was confused as I expected fast food, no matter the time. They did give me coupons for three sandwiches as compensation which partially covered our $37 bill. However, when I opened the food to share with my family, I realized they had given me fried nuggets instead of grilled due to my gluten allergy. I ended up having to eat waffle fries for dinner. I agree with the other reviews, this Chick fil A is terrible. The location is cramped and difficult to access, with limited parking spots. I have never had to wait 15 minutes in line at any other Chick fil A before. There are no workers outside to take your order, and the two drive-thru lines merge into one, causing further delays. I witnessed several cars giving up and leaving because of the long wait. This place is no better than McDonald's, and I will not be returning because they do not have enough staff to handle the high volume of customers. Do not visit unless you have 30 minutes to spare.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience today at this restaurant. I ordered my food at the drive-thru and unfortunately, my drink was incorrect. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the pick-up window, there was no solution provided, and no apology offered. Additionally, I did not receive the sauce that I had asked for, nor was I given any napkins. I hope that this was just a one-time occurrence and not a regular issue at this particular location.
Probably one of the most organized Chick-fil-a I have been to. There were 2 long drive thru lines but there were 2 employees taking orders so in made the lines go quick. There were multiple employees distributing food so that was very helpful in helping the line move. The process the employees had to distribute food was very very efficient and effective. On a Thursday afternoon, We went expecting to order a strawberry shake chicken nuggets and coke. They didn?t have any kind of ice cream, so needless to say we didn?t get our shake. They have also run out of Coca Cola and had no ketchup either! No place to park because they had blocked off a bunch of parking spots. Drive thru lane was huge.
To start with....No issues with parking. Placing my order with the attentive young lady was pleasant. There was a personal connection with communication....not ROBOTIC! My order was brought to me in a reasonable time and the meal did not disappoint. The lemonade was DEEELICIOUS! My favorite place for Chicken. Also a relaxing atmosphere!
First off Antonio was awesome super friendly and helpful. We had a huge order and had an hour drive ahead of us. This location was great had no problems with the order and the rest of the staff was also fun and friendly. A definite return next time I'm in the area.....
