I just had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. The employee taking my order at the front was extremely rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all. The person handing me my food had long hair down to his shoulders, wasn’t wearing a hair net, and didn’t have his hair tied up while working in the kitchen. I ordered two sandwiches and chicken nuggets and asked for extra sauce. He only gave me two packets, so I asked for two more, and he slapped them into my hand like it was a huge inconvenience. I experienced the worst service I've ever encountered at this restaurant. I ordered over the phone, giving them my information and credit card details. However, when I arrived, they purposefully made things difficult by insisting I spell out every letter of my name and every digit of my phone number three times. Even after all that, they still couldn't find my order and then just walked away as if I wasn't there. I never got my food and I won't be coming back.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to their repeated mistakes with my drink order. I specifically requested unsweetened tea, but they kept bringing me sweetened tea instead. Even when I pointed out the error and asked for the correct drink, they still provided sweetened tea. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
The breakfast chicken sandwich was flavorful, though I would have liked a bit more chicken. The biscuit was light, but not overly fluffy—just perfect. With only biscuit and chicken, the chicken's seasoning provided all the flavor needed.

The highest quality "fast" food! The kids' meals are generously portioned, and the grilled nuggets are a great healthy alternative to fried options. The chicken noodle soup is delicious and has a nice kick to it.
Favorite go to for me is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Pepperjack Cheese. The only thing holding back from a five star review is that lately those sandwiches have been coming out just warm not hot.
Immaculately clean. Savor delicious, freshly prepared meals served hot at an excellent price. It's a refreshing change from the usual burger places. Give it a try and see for yourself!
If you want a quick and tasty meal, Chick-fil-A is the perfect choice. The chicken is juicy and clearly high quality. The friendly staff make the experience even better.

The food is fantastic, but the lines are absurd. People are waiting up to half an hour just to place their orders, and cars are backed up around the corner.
I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, and this particular location is really great. I visited IKEA and decided to drop by since I’m a huge fan of their food.
