I was not impressed with the service this morning : . I am always at Chick-fil-A and this morning the service was very poor and rude. Order number 8822295- the original order with the carhop young lady was amazing. I ordered the carb-salad with no tomatoes and two parfaits. I was the only one in the far right line at the time. When I pulled up the left line was moving and I was not acknowledged. I called the carhop lady over to ask what was the delay with my order . She went to the window and the young lady in the window cashier five 8:22 a.m may 31, 2022), got an attitude. I 'm the one that should 've had the attitude if I was waiting for 10 minutes already. The carhop came back to the car...
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location. We waited almost 20 minutes to place our order, even though there was no one ahead of us and the restaurant was far from crowded. To add to my disappointment, this is now the fourth time I've filled out a survey that promised a QR code within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive anything. I've also reached out to CFA Cares six times with no response at all. It's evident that CFA does not value its customers. I won't be coming back to this location, or any other CFA, in the future.

Went above and beyond!I had a special request to add ice cream to a drink cup and to top it with Dr Pepper. I told Brianna that I was going to blend it and make a blended Dr. Pepper. She smiled and said she would be right back. She came back with the blended drink!!! I didn’t ask her to blend the drink because I didn’t want to be too high maintenance, but she took it upon herself to give the BEST customer service. This is my shout out to Brianna and this fantastic Chick-Fil-A.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Even though the line looked long, we didn't have to wait much at all. Everyone worked together seamlessly to handle the lunchtime rush, and we were very pleased with our experience.
Best chicken nuggets EVER!! Plus the inside was fancy with real flowers on each table. Very nice with fast food prices!!Kid-friendliness: They had a play place right inside
First time I ate breakfast at Chick-fil-A since 2015. Biscuits are very good. Coffee is O K! Lemonade great! Recommend chicken biscuit or add to the bacon biscuit!
I messed up my order during the busy lunch hour. A friendly, helpful staff member fixed everything for me and sent my meal out right away. Great service!
