Chick-fil-a - Réserver une table

Today was horrible! Arrived at the drive through around 1045, so that I'd miss the lunch rush. My order was wrong. I was missing two orders of fries. After waiting 5 mins to get out of the driveway, because there was only one exit lane, and getting two blocks from home, I decided to check the order...and it was wrong. I turned around, only to arrive right at the lunch rush, and was given two new orders of fries...when I asked for 3 to replace the cold fries for the order that was correct. Exhausting and very chaotic today!!

Wish I lived closer to Cantrell location they always got it right. Was asked to pull up for a ice cup of water when I asked for it on my order. And the lines are ridiculous they don't have enough people out here taking orders either. I come to Chick-fil-A because I expect fast and quick accurate service. I get that when I go to the Cantrell location but it's so far away from me or I would. On a strict time schedule working two jobs is hard to sit there and wait for something so simple.

Must have changed management. Took forever to get food. They went from 2 lanes to 1 lane for drive thru orders and 1 dedicated to mobile orders only. Made the wait about 15 minutes longer. Got food and nuggets were soggy and cold. The Mac and cheese had this burnt crust mixed throughout it. I'll be back, but that was the worst experience I've had there since they opened that location. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AS USUAL.

Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying. I ordered 2 ranches for my Cobb salad, and they gave me none. Also gave me the wrong toppings for my Cobb salad. Had to remind them about my milkshake, and this is now the 3rd time I’ve either left the restaurant or almost driven off bc they’ve forgotten. Not mad, just slightly salted.

First chick fila I’ve been through that didn’t have any ice cream… felt like I was at McDonald’s. So I had to wait in line the entire time even though I ordered nothing because no one would direct traffic to let me out of line and I was in the inside lane.

no matter what Chick-fil-A I'm going...it's always impressive service and amazing food! and about everything we get rewards with free eating. thank you Chick-fil-A. I can tell their employees that they like to work and serve the customers.

Good service and fast drivethru but only gave me a regular spicy chicken sandwich instead of the deluxe, although this place is 9/10 times correct on my order and were extremely busy when I came. It's a good Chic-fil-A and extremely fast.

eating is always good, but they better come there early, the line is always full of people who try in...it is overwhelmingly trying to get into the lunchtime. easy to show it is a great place to eat

every time I eat here I can't over how fresh and damp the chicken is! my children loved the chicken bugs. they ensured that we give additional serviettes and additional sauces - always appreciated!

They really have their system down and the people working there are so hardworking and the food was good
