Chick-fil-a - Réservation de table

This is the first time I've experienced such poor service at Chick-fil-A. They messed up my order, which I never thought could happen here—I've always trusted this place. When I brought it to their attention, they insisted that I didn’t order what I said I did. Well, I certainly know what I ordered and paid for, and what they gave me was incorrect. Even the cups were lacking the usual logos. There was no sauce for the nuggets, and I was left feeling very disappointed by the server's indifferent attitude. I won’t be returning. Sincerely, a very disappointed customer.

The staff at this Chick-fil-A provided terrible customer service and showed no concern for fulfilling orders correctly. I ordered regular chicken nuggets with fries, but the person taking my order rushed me and still messed it up! It's just chicken nuggets, after all! He had no trouble quickly announcing that my card was declined (because his handheld machine was malfunctioning, but it eventually went through on the third attempt), yet he couldn’t get my order right.

I went to grab some food really quick it turned into 30 minutes and I never got my food. I placed a mobile drive-through pick up order. Like I always do once I got there it was in the line for 30 minutes waiting on my food they told me to cancel it placedthe order again and then get back in line. The service is horrible no one spoke English that made things worst. This my lasttime going there but it may not matter.

I have placed a mobile transit pickup order. as I always do as soon as I was there waiting in the line for 30 minutes waiting for my food they told me that I canceled the order again and then back into the line. the service is terrible, no one has spoken English that made the worst. that's my last time, but it may not be important. Nowadays it is hard to find a fast food restaurant that offers good food, good customer service and cleanliness. The staff here always makes sure you have an excellent experience. Dining inside the restaurant or even using their drive thru. They neverdisappoint. I totally recommend it!

The restaurant is very nice and clean. The food was excellent, and while the coffee was initially cold, they quickly prepared a hot one for me. Prices are reasonable, and the customer service is very professional.

I believe the service was significantly better before the COVID pandemic. There was more attentiveness to customers and greater organization in managing the drive-thru line, which allowed for quicker service.

I have been to a few other Chick-fil-A in Miami Area and found this one, with the most friendless staff and give out the most rewards to repeat customers . Réservez une table maintenant
