I’m a huge fan of the food, but what I appreciate even more is the staff! They are always smiling and friendly. I come in at least once a week and am consistently impressed with the customer service. It’s obvious that they treat their employees well, and that positive vibe carries over to us, the customers. However, during my visit today, I had a bit of a dilemma when I found out about the Zesty Buffalo sauce—now I have to choose between that and the Chick-fil-A sauce! Thank you, Folsom Chick-fil-A team! I truly adore all of you!
We always have a great experience at the Folsom Chick-fil-A. It is nice and bright inside with a warm atmosphere. The service is consistently excellent, friendly, and polite. The Folsom location also hosts wonderful events for kids, families, and the community. We willingly drive farther to reach the Folsom Chick-fil-A than other closer options. Thank you to the franchisee and management for hiring only the best, training employees well, and ensuring patrons have a great visit.
The delicious food is only surpassed by the service at this location. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I was amazed today when we grabbed a high chair for our daughter and not only was it clean, but it had a place mat to stick to the table already on the seat. Such a nice touch for her to enjoy her chicken and waffle fry.
We truly love Chick-fil-A and the outstanding service we consistently receive. The drive-thru is fast and efficient, and the staff always greets us with smiles. Ashley, Kendra, Laura, and Hannah, along with the whole team, are remarkably helpful, kind, and friendly. Keep up the fantastic work!

Love this location! We always have a great experience. We did the mommy and me Valentine's Day here and it was just what we could ask for. Great job to the staff!
You serve some truly excellent food—keep up the fantastic work! However, I think it would be beneficial to consider opening on Sundays.
