Before the construction they were awesome. Now they are just not what they use to be. The chicken is still good, but the service has dropped so much. They don't confirm your order and have gotten it wrong a few times now, where as before it was rare. The kids they have working there are not as polite as before either. I think this morning made me decide I just don't want to go back. I hadn't ever tried their breakfast so my husband and I went by this morning. First they had a hard time hearing us through the speaker. They were actually kind of rude about it. My order was correct this morning but they burnt the English Muffin. I mean, if it was a little bit sure I get it, toasters do that som...

When my phone finally connected, I unlocked my card and handed it to her, but she snatched it from my hand, processed it quickly, and then tossed it to another employee, telling them to give it back to me. I live just three minutes away from this place, but I would gladly drive 15 to 20 minutes further to avoid it in the future. Whoever made her a manager really needs to reconsider that decision because not only is she extremely rude, but she also allows food that looks stale and has probably been sitting under the heat lamp for far too long to be served to customers. As shown in the pictures, the fries were hard and the nuggets were dried out and overcooked.

This restaurant is ideal for those who are not particularly concerned about cleanliness. Do you tend to overlook the importance of using properly sanitized utensils? Do you have a habit of picking your nose? Is an itchy rash a cause for concern, but you figure customers won't notice? Do you think that chicken you dropped on the floor is still good to serve? Do you prefer to prepare large batches of food in advance rather than cooking items fresh as needed? Do you have a cozy relationship with pests like roaches and rats? There's no need to focus on getting customer orders right; if mistakes happen, they can just swing by the drive-thru to get it fixed.

Went with my sister and we both politely asked for extra sauce when ordering and at the window ! They said we had it in the bag and walked away. When my sister and I checked the bag there was 3 sauces for two meals ! I never complain but my sister emphasized the extra sauces kindly and we were ignored. This is absurd, no order should be rushed out without double checking first ! And when sauce is asked for just hand it out, it’s not like it comes out the employees paychecks. If you're short on staff, it would make more sense to bring everyone indoors instead of just hanging out at the drive-thru, especially when it's over 90 degrees outside. It's no surprise that people might not want to work at Chick-fil-A under these conditions. I can understand why the employees might seem grumpy.

Ever since new renovations this is the second time going and they have got my order wrong. I order the most simple thing, 8 nuggets instead I receive 3 spicy strips. I've called the store more than 4 times to let them know they don't answer. If you go to this chick fil a check your order before pulling off!

Was hopeful that with the remodel there would be a better experience. Not the case! Chicken was okay but the biscuits were rubbery, hash browns are cold, the diet lemonade tastes funky and the Powerade tastes like water. I’ll definitely be taking the drive to stay away from this location again.

This location has been terrible since they reopened. See picture below of breakfast. No that’s no a chicken mini. That’s a #1 chicken biscuit. I thought they forgot the chicken we I first saw the sandwich because the chicken was so small. Didn’t taste right either. Réservez une table maintenant

Awful. Since renovations, the drive-thru line is slower and longer than ever. Employees seem confused. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-a ever. Not only will I not go back to this location, but I will not be back at Chick-fil-A period.
