At first I gave an extra star because I know it was still lunch rush. I quickly went in to get a coke zero. Now there's three cash registers out there. Why is there only one register inside? I waited at least 5 minutes before I gave up and left. When I left the line in the branch, I changed. Why would you ask an employee to open up quickly to take two or three commands? It would also be appreciated if the next time cashier would say that I will be with you as soon as possible. Therefore, we could feel the line a knowledge when we wait for a while.
Worked a long day my family I were starving I wanted to get some ice cream which I don?t usually order. This time I did I had the chocolate milkshake I also ordered the Oreo milkshake man was it delicious! I also ordered the Cobb salad a chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese everything was awesome as always from Chick-fil-A! I went to the Largo location which was only the second time I?d ever been there. I also had curbside service ordered through the app, as well as paid through the app!
My first experience wasn’t great, but what really impressed me was the follow-up from an amazing manager named Taylor. Their commitment to understanding what went wrong and ensuring that proper training or coaching occurs made a huge difference. It turned a potential lost customer into a loyal one for life. I can’t wait to go back for my next weekend breakfast!
Chic fil A has the best chicken sandwich around, hands down. What is even more impressive is the great people that work there. I've never had a better experience with fast food. The staff are the friendliest and most polite in the industry. If you haven't been, you have to give it a try. You wont regret.

As I have said before it's all about location. While Chick-fil-A is a franchise establishment and needs to follow the rules accordingly as outlined by Headquarters... this locations food was at the top of the list. Cooked to perfection!! The quality of my order canceled the unfortunate parking mishap.
I have always heard great things about the largo location but I wasn't impressed. Didn't even get our order right at 10:40 in the morning! Now our kids have to split the 4 mini things instead of a 12ct nugget that we ordered.
Went there yesterday to meet my granddaughter for a school function. They were amazing and super organized. We all had a great time!
This location has great customer service!!! They are accommodating to large orders in a pinch and I appreciate it
