My coworker and I have been frequenting this Chick-Fil-A location three times a week for the past 3-4 months, typically spending around $90 each week. We consistently order the same two salads, yet nearly every time, there’s an issue with our order. This is the only location where I've encountered such problems. My salad is pretty standard—I substitute the chicken and omit the cheese—but somehow they still can’t seem to get it right. It’s frustrating that they’re willing to risk losing a loyal customer over such errors. Wow, the service here is amazing! The prices are very reasonable! I had the best chicken I've ever tasted. I've spent my time in other places, but this one stands out. The food is delicious and fresh. Even though there were lines, everything was quick and accurate! I can’t emphasize enough how fast everything was! I'm definitely planning to return here instead of anywhere else. It feels like they know exactly what they're doing: fast, friendly, reliable service that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Exceptional service! I've never encountered such cheerful and enthusiastic fast food staff during my visits to any restaurant before. It truly reflects the amazing management and company culture they have. While the food is a bit pricier compared to nearby options, I believe the quality makes it worth the extra cost.
Third time I've been here and each time there is an issue. Definitely not their pleasure to serve you! Zero management over all these kids! I always enjoy my visits to Chick-fil-A. The service is consistently excellent, the food is delicious, and everything is served quickly. I do wish they would offer more milkshake flavors, but I can’t complain too much since I really love the cookies and cream option!
