This was the worst chic-fil-a we have ever been to. The chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches were both dry and tasted like left over meat. We also ordered a grilled chicken club and the bread was falling apart when we got the sandwich. Not only thisbut this sandwich was actually a bit cold. The staff seemed uninviting and disorganized. They also didn?t provide the sauce thatcomes with the club and didn?t even give us the other sauces we had requested. We ordered and paid for our food but at thewindow they couldn?t find our order. Very disappointed with this service.
Absolutely amazing service. We came in during the lunch rush today and opted for going in as the line was astronomical. Once you order, the service is super quick and we got our food less than 5 minutes later. Everything tastes great, only mistake was myFrosted Lemonade became a diet version somehow, but nothing serious whatsoever. Very clean place, would definitely recommend!
Stopped me from exiting and made a big deal about how I couldn't go out the main door at 9:30pm on a Friday night, refused to let me go out even though my car was right there. I objected but they insisted I had to go out the back door. I usually don't mind walking but he was very abrupt and rude about it, wasn't courteous at all. That's why I gave a low rating on service.

I am going here for the dose optimism you will never find on Earth! They are wild fast and efficient and thorough! You never messed up my order. You're going through a science. It is always clean inside and outside. The staff is always bubbly and friendly. PLUS they are always ready to me a few extra ranches
Normally a great experience. Tami told me to just go through and drive away without ordering because I was trying to redeem awards and my account didn't show a points balance when scanned. So I drove through and went over to In n out burger.
I truly love Chick-fil-A, and I have to say that the food is consistently good no matter which location you visit. I'm particularly impressed with how efficiently this location manages the drive-thru line.
I stopped here on my way back home for the first time, as I've never had experienced chick-fil-a and it was absolutely amazing. Food was 10/10 and the staff here were so friendly

Karen was fantastic! It was my first visit to the Centerville location, and she was quick and friendly. She even came back to check on us, bring us a bag, and refill my drink.
FAST SERVICE. The lines are always SO long but somehow I get through so fast. The food is amazing and my order is always correct. Chick-fil-A has the best customer service.
