it always seems to me that I go into order, the services are extremely slow. the personal is more concerned with maintaining drive continuous jobs. on 9/24/22 no one was in the cassenregistrar, who made orders for about 15 minutes, 6 employees and a man stood with the return to us who looked at the board. I know that Chick-fil-A is extremely busy and backups happen. the manager who stands with his return to at least 15 customers should have turned around and at least acknowledge us. maybe goodmoring I'm sorry for the late, we're backed up at the moment, but it'll be happy to sneak them as soon as we can, I entered around 9:34 and not food received up to 10:19. moral of history.If you want fa...

Our order wasn't right and by the time our sandwiches were redone our fries were cold and I hate cold fries. The chick-fil-A we usually dine at does a great job with preparing and getting the order correct but this one on Nicholasville Road just doesn't care

Initially, I had some doubts about the quality and service, but they certainly impressed me. My combo meal left me completely satisfied for over 10 hours!
