I come to this Chic-fil-A often, like I walk in and people know my name often. The team is always so very pleasant and smiling. They always ask me how I am. They notice when I change my hair color lol (and this is no matter what time I’ve come in) That may not mean much to others, but it just shows that they really do take the time to know their customers. By far the best store I’ve been to. Food has always been good here and the atmosphere when you dine in is great. Team is attentive and will make sure you don’t want for a thing. Kudos to the team here!!! Y’all are top notch!
Listen, food and service is great, but I had asked if anyone could jump help me jump my car because it coincidentally died. I 'm thinking, we 're at Chick-fil-A, they 'll help us! . Wrong. Nobody would help me jump my car. I 'm sure if I had gone to any other Chick-fil-A, someone would have helped me. Just a little disappointed. Ended up having to ask the mall security to jump my car. Baltimore people just don 't like to help others I guess.
Every member of the team was outstanding from beginning to end. This was my toddler's first dining experience in a restaurant, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that the environment was clean and safe. They really made my toddler feel special and made dining as a single parent a smooth experience. The customer service was, without a doubt, the best I've ever encountered!
I took my dog to the vet and decided to stop by the drive-thru for breakfast. The friendly lady at the window surprised my puppy with a doggy treat! I've visited this location twice, and the service has been excellent, just like at all Chick-fil-A restaurants! Thank you for the treat! Maybe my puppy won't mind vet visits as much now.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The workers are rude and just seems to not wanna be there. Not properly groomed at all. Always get the order wrong nomatter how much you repeat it. I have never experienced this with no other Chick-fil-A except this one. Sad!
The best experience ever. Food great as always. The greatest treasure is the staff. Every every single one of them was the most friendly and helpful. They are the most customer oriented people I ever met. Also the best chick FIL a I ever visited and that is quite a few : .
One of the best fast food restaurants around and the lemonade is really good. I buy it by the gallons and put it in smaller bottles and freeze it to make slushies. They also donate food to the local rescue mission for men, women and children.
This is a fantastic restaurant! It's very clean, and the service is quick. The staff are friendly, and the chicken is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be coming back many more times.
