On September 7, 2023 at approximately 9:00 a.m. my family which includes my wife and 5 year old daughter after a long trip from Florida decided to take a break inside your restaurant on Topanga and Roscoe. When we walked in with our luggage nobody greeted us. They looked at us as if we were homeless. We spent all of our money to make it to California so my wife politely asked the managerif she could help us out with some fries or anything. She was rude and condescending. I ordered my food with a large water and was willing to pay extra- the supervisor on duty whispered in the girls ear and she changed my order without my knowledge and when I pulled the supervisor aside afterwards and asked why I was given a smaller cup she responded because it costs more . Well apparently I look broke because it was 108 degrees out in northridge and I needed some extra water to wash my food down with and didn 't have access to more water where I was going. But I guess the supervisor knows better than the customer on this one who was willing to pay for the larger cup of water. The Moral of the story? So I'm gonna point something out I've been noticing at this particular location every time I come here for breakfast. When I want breakfast from chick-fil-a I usually get the egg white grill meal. It's pretty identical to all other chick-fil-a's except for one thing. The chicken breast in the egg white grill is like extra small here. When I first noticed it I thought meh, it's just the luck of the draw. But continuously I'm getting a smaller piece of chicken here numerous times in my egg white grill sandwich. TERRIBLE!! I was charged $0.10 for a paper bag without my consent! Chick-fil-A is starting a new trend that other fast food restaurants may follow. This Chick-fil-A should be sued for these charges that they slip in your bill especially if you don’t ask for your receipts. It’s not being cheap but this is not acceptable and unlawful!
