When I received my food and sat at a high-top table, I noticed that the same individual had come inside, accompanied by another homeless person who was just drinking water. While I fully support efforts to help those in need, I found it uncomfortable to be stared at by individuals in this situation while I was trying to enjoy my meal as a paying customer in a private establishment. I placed a mobile order for pickup and drove 15 minutes home, only to discover that they forgot a 12-count of nuggets, which cost nearly $10. When I called to request a refund, I was informed of their policy that refunds can only be processed in-store. I find it hard to believe that in 2022, when they utilize a mobile app, they can't issue a refund over the phone. Additionally, the general manager referred to my partner as "hun," which I found quite unprofessional. Yikes!
My family and I usually enjoy coming here after my brother's swimming lessons, and the service has always been good. However, today was a different experience.
