I visit the LBT Chick-Fil-A for breakfast at least 4-5 times a week. Each time, the restaurant has a pleasant aroma and is always clean. The staff is friendly and genuinely embodies the company’s mission. The owner is frequently present and is truly exceptional. As someone who works in food service, it's refreshing to see the owner working alongside her employees. Overall, this is a fantastic location; I highly recommend enjoying a meal there. Don't forget to appreciate their excellent customer service, as it's hard to come by these days.
This was undoubtedly the cleanest and best-run Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. We stopped in for lunch with our granddaughter, and I was impressed by the quality of the food, the outstanding service, and the tidy, well-maintained environment. There was someone assigned solely to the dining area to ensure that the tables and the surrounding floors remained clean, and they were doing an excellent job. The employee who took our order went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our lunch.
My favorite Chick-fil-A in Raleigh. They have super fast service and a great clean restaurant. The Team Members are always attentive and polite and genuinely seem interested in engaging with their guests. And, most importantly, their food is delicious and meets Chick-fil-A quality. Probably the best Chick-fil-A in the Raleigh area. I drive all the way to Lake Boone instead of choosing closer Chick-fil-A's because they're so great.
Every time I've visited this restaurant, I've left disappointed. My partner and I always order the same dishes, but I've received the wrong sandwich on multiple occasions. We've also had missing sauces, and the fries! The large fries are consistently just medium-sized. They never come out full. It may seem trivial to mention, but it's really frustrating and unsatisfying. I just wish they would get our orders right.

Very friendly staff, and they seem to be quick at getting customers through the drive-thru with minimal mistakes. No one is perfect, but on the one occasion they made a mistake with my order, they were very nice and quick to make it right.
Chick-fil-a is my favorite fast food. The meals are always consistently good and fresh. Their prices are higher than many other fast food locations, but you get what you pay for and they have enough staff on hand to move things quickly.
This is the best Chick-fil-A! The morning crew ROCKS! They generally nice! Love the MORNING CREW!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!
