I have dined in and gone through the drive-thru at this restaurant several times. The food is consistently good, but during my last visit for dine-in, the service at the front counter was very slow. There were two off-duty employees in front of me, and I waited nearly 10 minutes to place my order. I would expect this during a busy time, but there were no other customers in the store at that time (around 1:45-2ish). The food came out quickly and hot, but I was disappointed with the front counter experience this time.
Setting aside the restaurant's political background, this is hands down the top fast food option available. Taking into account that history, it still remains the top choice for fast food, though it may feel slightly tainted. The customer service and attitude receive a perfect 10/10 rating. The breakfast is outstanding, as is the lunch and dinner menu. Without a doubt, this establishment offers the best value when it comes to quality and price. As a liberal, it's frustratingly satisfying how good this place is.
Just like every Chick-fil-A I've been to, the lines can be long but they move quickly. The food was hot and delicious. You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A sauce on a chicken sandwich. We ordered breakfast in advance on the app but didn't arrive until after 10:30. They weren't able to fulfill our breakfast order, but graciously assisted us in choosing lunch instead. It was completely on them! I suggest trying a half sweet tea and half lemonade, also known as a "Suntea."

I had the pleasure of working with Caleb this evening trying to pull down dinner for my family as one of my children was losing it in the backseat. He nailed it and the food was great! This restaurant has it figured out. It is busy, but the way they take your order in the drive thru gives you that extra confidence they got it right. This combined with the quality of the food and ingredients makes it well worth the slightly longer wait. I'm a regular.
