If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would be employee named ERIS is absolutely somebody you never wanna come in contact with. She is rude, disrespectful and downright ignorant. I have never been so disgusted encountering such horrible staff over rotten food. I was returning food with the receipt, that was not acceptable. She screamed I had to keep it. No customer needs to be treated bad and that’s not the way a Chick-fil-A employee should act! I feel humiliated and embarrassed. I will never ever return to Chick-fil-A again and I believe that you should all boycott this Chick-fil-A because of a rude disrespectful service from ERIS.
When dealing with customers it 's rude to talk about them and say ewwww based upon someone looks and racial orientation. It 's usually the manager on duty that sets these bad habits. It 's okay to keep up the moral in the workplace but don 't put customers down for your petty enjoyment.
Best CFA I've been there before. Michael was upstairs! His customer service is exceptional, that was our first time at this point we will mainly come back because Michael was so friendly helpful not only for us, but also for everyone in the restaurant! Thank you.
Chicken finger meal disappointed. Baby size fingers that were not hot nor were the fries.1 piece of chicken was not over fried other 2 were very very crunchy.won't b back anytime soon.also only traveled across the street so good didn't start out hot..

Fries were piping hot. Sandwich was delicious as always. Huge drive through line but went inside and was almost deserted. Got my food in about 1 minute after ordering. These guys have their stuff together. Maybe the best Chick-fil-a I've been to.
The quality of Chick Fil A has really gone down. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with extra pickles. The piece of chicken was small and burned. The lettuce was wilted and I received one pickle slice. It wasn’t even crowded!
We had an incredible experience today! Michael brings such great energy, enthusiasm, and a wonderful attitude. The staff here are hardworking, focused, and serve your food promptly—unlike my local Chick-fil-A in Palm Harbor.
Top tier fast food! Always a great choice when you need something quick for lunch or dinner! This location was super clean and as always the staff is great! Plus this location is super close to other activities!
