Would have been all 5 stars if the customer service was better. I just got off working 13 hour day. I ordered ahead on the app to pick up through the drive-through. I had no issues with the attendant confirming orders, however when my car was on thecorner pointed towards the drive-through window where you pick up. There was about maybe four cars in front of me. They werewaiting for their food one of which was pulled ahead past the window and three that were not. There was a bag of food with adrink sitting next to it ready to go on the window it was sitting there. The bag was wide open so air was getting into it. I recently visited this Chick-fil-A and was extremely impressed by the exceptional service I received. The employees were cheerful, friendly, efficient, and consistently provided excellent service. In a world where customer service can often be lacking, this Chick-fil-A truly stands out. Despite being very busy, they still treated me with respect, took my order with a smile, and served my food within five minutes. The staff worked together seamlessly and maintained a positive attitude throughout. I even took the time to call the manager to express my gratitude, as I was so impressed. There was a young man taking orders that did not really seem to know exactly what he was doing. He was kind of hit or miss with cars he was waiting on and took way too long to go from one car to the next. When I got to the pick up window, the orders appeared to be out of order and kind of helter shelter. Now I don't know if it was because of this young man or not but it is the first time I have ever had that kind of experience in the drive thru lines. One last comment, he was very polite as was the young lady at the window.
During our vacation on 11.23.22, we decided to dine-in at this restaurant and had a great experience. I ordered the spicy chicken combo meal and my fiancé ordered the original chicken combo meal, along with a side of chicken nuggets to share. The food was delicious and served hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, from taking our order to delivering it to our table. Overall, the service was excellent with no issues. August 31 ordered breakfast on the app at 1015 am to use my biscuit sandwich reward that expired this day. When I got to the restaurant at 1032 am they did not have my order and cancelled it. I know breakfast ends at 1030 and they could have had my breakfast already ready for me to pick up. If it got cold because I was late I have a microwave at home. I lost my reward. Probably won’t eat chick fil a for a while. Very annoying.
The chick-fil-a quality is lacking with this location. They did not give us any straws for two drinks. Asked for chick-fil-a sauce and was given no sauce at all. No pickles on our regular spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Three things in one orderwrong?! Rating 3 out of 5.
The restaurant is situated in a great location with welcoming staff and bustling atmosphere. It can get very crowded during peak dining hours, but they are efficient in serving customers and moving lines quickly. This is always my top choice, regardless of the time of day!
