I asked for a 5 piece of chicken nuggets and a peppermint milkshake. I came home and had 10 chicken nuggets and no receipt. The drive thru kid who took my order was busy dancing and listening to music on his phone. I got no sauce and he didn't even ask. Terrible customer service the experience felt rushed and he just said have a good night. Eating chicken nuggets with no sauce was awful and I had a bad night thanks to this kid. The girl who was supposed to give out receipts was just sitting there watching cars drive to the window. What a waste for this company to pay an employee who doesn't even want to work. Worse experience ever. The employees and manager just did not care. No please or thank you's, had to teach the employee to say your welcome when you say thank you. Had a spill at my table, the associate tending the floor smelled of alcohol. Took 10 minutes to get back with us. The manager finally came to our table, looked like he was 17. Apologized, but I informed him it was the worse experience ever. Support this establishment and in n out, but will not return to this one. for the first time I have never had one of my requested sauces. second time, they did not add 2 of my Nugget orders in the pocket. I thought they had a busy day and it was messed up, so I said forget it. but this time they did not add both of my 4 pieces chicken pliers to the pocket. When I called her customer service, they were very nice and helped me get a refund. respect for the woman who helped me on the phone. I love this huh here, but you have to stop forgetting to add it in my pocket. I hope they start doing everything in the bag before they give it to them.
rylie, the load manager was so rude. I received the wrong eating and instead of repairing it, rylie told me to contact me door this. even if door thath is not the one who made the wrong. I have always looked at the people in chick fil a to always be some of the nicest people to today. I will not order from this facility again, and now everyone will be at my work, as it was for my staff.

This is the last time I go to this establishment. ordered the grilled chicken club. Bun was so hard I had to throw it away. Lettuce was gross and half black. Cold fries. Just never again for me. If I was offered a free meal I would say no. To many other places that have better quality.
