I have gone to this restaurant many, many times. Today's experience left me shaking my head in disbelief. The drive in order taker forgot one item from my order, the person taking my cash was unable to figure out my change without consulting his computer bill came to 28.79 and I handed him 28.85 . I had to finally tell him you owe me 6 cents.Got to the food window and took forever to get my food. This girl couldn't read a simple name called me Ronaldo , my name is Ronald. She forgot to hand me my CHOCOLATE milkshake and I had to ask for it. I'm now at home sipping on my STRAWBERRY milkshake. I feel sorry for whoever is this stores manager, as they have to try and work with such stupidity......
This Chicken Fil A location can give a better service to their customers; it was raining very hard with winds and electrical storm and the screen to order food has an extremely small roof and when I opened the window the rain dripped inside my car which I had to move to the window to make the order and surprise the roof is too small too that the poor cashier was wearing a rain coat because the water fell on her when she opened the window... a horrible experience that a manager and or owner with common sense should have fixed long time ago…
Chick fil A will always be the same decent food, great service probably too many workers, definitely a children's place to eat, the portions over right, but I have left hungry, but loved the dietary limmonade, parking is tight, but I managed to get it out unaffected, I was not in CFA in years and probably no hurry to get back. I'm senior in my mid-60s to look for another palate to fill me.
I got milk shakes. Tasted wonderful!! I went through drive thru. They do a big business and they need more room. After getting my shakes the line was meeting itself. I had a hard time getting out of the parking lot.........lots of customers waiting so they blocked the exits. Friendly.......good shakes. Complicated to get out of parking lot!!!

Always great service, however I do not like that they attempt to stuff multiple meals into one bag. The bag almost always ends up ripping and crushing the food. I would appreciate separate bags OR one bigger bag. Other than that, I can always count on them to get my food fresh and right!
This Chick fil A has amazing service everyone was extremely nice even when my bank was holding up the transaction they were extremely patient and got our food out fresh and fast! Will definitely be coming back to this Chick fil A!! The manager Jackson was super helpful!
You can definitely see why they have the business as we visited last night. The young men and women are very helpful and polite, which begins to fade in this coming generation. The food is really good and the service is excellent. Bravo Chick Filler
It is always a pleasure to stop at Chick-fil-A! I just wish they had a different area for their pick-up, I had to get on the main road to get into the Drive-Thru! The food is always great I love the chicken nuggets

You always get my order right. And although the line is long, it moves quickly. Always friendly staff. Always fresh food. I am often here and they are consistently great
Chick-fil-A Always busy and they are definitely fast. Never had a problem at this location. Everybody there seems very nice and eager to help you
