I would like to leave a positive review for this restaurant. The staff and service were excellent. However, we encountered an issue when we placed a large order and were mistakenly charged $747 on our credit card for a $230 order. We were told that they are unable to issue a refund due to their system limitations. The manager, Katelyn, explained that there was no way to override the system and provide us with a credit. Despite this, I appreciate the quick service they provided during a time of need for our nurses who were caring for patients after hurricane Ian. The food at this restaurant was served hot, which is not always the case in other restaurants. The chicken was flavorful and you could taste it well. The employees, both inside and outside, were friendly and courteous. The staff outside even held the door open for us. The employee inside greeted us promptly and spelled my name correctly. The dining area was clean and comfortable, not too cold. Our food was delivered quickly and the staff member was pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience at Chick-fil-A.
I haven't visited Chick-fil-A in a few years. It might be a while before I go back again. The food was okay, but not enough to make me want to come back regularly. The chicken pieces are a bit smaller than what I'm used to at other restaurants. However, the Waffle Fries are delicious. The Mac n Cheese was a bit overcooked; I prefer it to be more Al Dente. I can see why some people like this place, but I prefer to go to places with better food options.
