Messed up my order twice on two different occasion. I mentioned it last night at the window and no one cared. Than i got my order and realized they forgot to put both fries in the bag. When I asked them they said I didn't order fries. I ordered twomeals. I got my drinks and sandwiches. After complaining about the previous times, they still didn't care and they charged mefor the 2 fries. I was surprised, I thought at least they would offer the fries at no charge just to make up for thedissatisfaction and lack of customer service. Worst chick-fil-a ever. Placed a pick up order 20 minutes prior to arrival, arrived and it said to go in and press the pick up button. No button. All the staff is standing around, finally a young man asked me what i needed, and i told him pick up theorder, he asked for name and said it was ready. So i waited and wait ed and waited, didnt get my order after 15 min. SMH,,,,,,, asked for a manger and he came and said it is from the time you go in to pick up order not when you place it......LMAO then he says we are waiting to cook the nuggets. long story short, food was wrong after my wait, food was cold (gofigure), and service was horrible. I was better off just going to any other drive thru......
First time ever my order was wrong!!! The guy in line repeated It to me and still put it in wrong. I was missing a chicken sandwich. Also I expected chicken minis and was charged for chicken nuggets. I got to the window and was told we don't have chicken minis right now. I was very frustrated and told the manager who just gave me an excuse for the wrong order. She sided with the employee who clearly was wrong. Instead of apologizing and letting me know she would give extra training she bruised me off and excused the incident.
Service continues to be atrocious. We consistently have ask for a refund or go back to the store after getting a drive through order. It is almost an expectation that we will have missing items in whatever we order. Once is understood. When it happens consistently over multiple months, it is a systemic issue of the store. Be warned and check your bags after you receive them. It's insulting to know of this and take no steps to resolve it.

How does it get to this point? This place can never get simple things right. It?s run by too many teenagers and young adults who have no idea how to stay organzied or follow instructions. They are running around with no idea what to do. Cold fries, rubbery nuggets, wrong sauces. Not at all a good Chick-fil-A location.
As a vegetarian, options at this restaurant are limited to just biscuits and fries. My go-to choice at Chick-fil-A is their fries and Chick-fil-A sauce, which I find to be incredibly addictive and one of the best sauces around.
As Always, the chicken was perfectly fried and served hot! French fries were crispy and hot as well. The children's meal was great sized and healthy. The salads are very tasty and fresh.
I love CHICK-FIL-A, never a disappointing visit.. everything is fresh and tasty. My favorite is the thick creamy milkshakes. The service is always Warm and Friendly.

This particular Chick-fil-A served the hottest and juiciest bites I've ever had at any location! They were incredibly delicious!
