I am extremely disappointed by the recent decline of my favorite restaurant. I used to dine here multiple times a week, but now the quality of the food has decreased, the service is lacking, and they are closing tomorrow for an extended period of time. Is this closure temporary or permanent? The staff seems disinterested and the menu items are scarce. I plan on speaking with the manager, as I believe they should be aware of the decline in their establishment. Perhaps they should consider retraining their team and reevaluating their operations before reopening. I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently great and always made with care. Even with 100 cars in the drive-thru, they are still fast. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They ask about your family, work, and even notice when you haven't been in for a couple of days. The food is seriously delicious, I can't get enough of it.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could update your hours on Google. It can be frustrating and disappointing to discover that you are open when you are actually closed. We are eagerly awaiting your service, so please assist us by providing accurate information. Thank you, Everyone.
