this is the worst of all CFA locations in cincy. I'm going to work all day. I go to the cfa because of the food restrictions, but this is the only place that consistently brings my order together. I get constantly reg nuggets when I order grilled, I get pickles when I say no pickles, etc. I let it go the first 3 or 4 times, but now it's become absurd. I can't leave the drive without checking my order. that she has because she keeps trying to turn you through. not to mention the personal is the least friendly location. Sometimes they get a young girl who is friendly, but most are not and we had a moment where they have fun of us and we have caught them. management must increase
Chick-fil-A is always loved by my family. Hot chicken sandwiches and delicious waffle fries. Your experience in coming here will vary based on the time. You come in at prime lunch time, you can expect to wait. Even with a really efficient drive through they just have so many customers it will take a while which is completely understandable. Sometimes getting in and out is a bit of a hassle with the traffic pattern but you’ll eventually make it out with some tasty chicken.
my norm, my favorite, is the regular chicken sandwich meal with cheese. I always add mayo and get extra pickles. my diet began on Monday, so I went with a strong spirit and ordered a market salad with apple cider vinaigrette (sold them no blue cheese the salat was so good. I had never had an salad with walnuts, apples, berries and blueberries in it. I am proud of myself and this salate.
I called ahead to place a catering order, the women got permission from the manager and accepted getting my order done by 6:30pm; I entered store at 6:15pm and waited to pay. By 6:40 I had still not even been greeted. Finally I flagged a worker down and was able to pay; it’s now 5 minutes til 7pm and I will be missing my gathering. Very disappointed.
