Placed order for delivery at 7:09am for delivery by 7:56am. They did not start my order until it was time for delivery. As a result my delivery time was pushed back and I was late for work. It is no longer Chick-fil-A pleasure to serve their Customers. They are not where they started and today is my last time patronizing all franchise’s. Service: 1
Would recommend paying close attention to the parking lot navigation directions. It was especially tricky with the leftover snow today but I imagine it's tricky on a good day. Love Chick Fil A but they definitely need to upgrade to a mobile order only line at this location, sometimes it takes 10 plus minutes for one order and most Chick Fil A’s have a mobile order line. Specifically asked for grilled nuggets after getting thru a very long, busy drive thru. Confirmed with the guy he put in grilled. Got regular, fried, breaded nuggets. 2nd time at this location. Service: 1
