Having grown up in the southern United States and dining at Chick-Fil-A's my whole life, I have visited various locations in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts since moving to New England. The Chick-Fil-A at Mohegan Sun is incredibly overpriced compared to other locations in the region, charging two to three times the price. It's disappointing to see fast food that was originally meant to be affordable for working class southern communities priced so high here. We will be sticking to other locations where we can get more food for our money.
The only thing I can say about the place is it's always packed. I do not eat chicken at all whatsoever. But the place has got to be doing very well at Mohegan Sun because it is always packed. The line goes down quickly though and I have enjoyed watching the people go in and out. They are very conscious of the guidelines. I have noticed that. And there is always someone around the Mohegan Sun casino with a bag or a box of chicken from that place. So enjoy Chicken Lovers
An unexpected mistake ordering chicken nuggets instead of strips. The waffle fries and nuggets were cold but still scrumptious. Real, fresh, chunky chicken breasts coated in a cajun seasoning and deep fried to perfection. I recommend the sweet siracchi for dipping sauce. Shared a meal to cut calories and cost.
While I was waiting for my order, the General Manager, Matt, came up and loudly told me I couldn't stand there. It seemed like he was trying to impress the service workers. Without saying a word, I just walked outside. Thankfully, an employee brought me my order and apologized for the GM's behavior. !!!

Not at all like other Chick-fil-A's. Servers are almost robotic, like they all worked 24hours. Serves a very reduced menu and are out of almost everything. Never had such poor service at a Chick-fil-A.
The line is small. The people waiting for there food wouldn't move at all and people were out of control.
Fantastic chicken , super thick milk shakes, and real fries. Top notch fast food restaurant. 5 stars
Not many tables to sit down, very bare decoration. Does not fit into the glamorous casino setting.
