First time at this location today. Extremely helpful, lots of workers, very efficient. The manager was definitely holding it together when the drive thru line was 15 deep and people started to come inside and order on the mobile app (like me) they were exceptional. Food hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of cashiers, people cleaning tables, trays and staying busy. Great teamwork and hard off to the management team for great staffing today at 4p-6pm when the other chick- fil-a restaurants in the area were closed early for the holiday. I thought the spicy deluxe grilled chicken sandwich sounded delicious so I decided to pre-order it on their website. When I arrived to pick up my order, a young man brought it out 13 minutes later. It only took me 5 minutes to drive home, but when I opened the bag, both sandwiches were cold. They did not appear to be made fresh. I paid $14.32 for the two sandwiches and was quite disappointed. This was my first experience at this restaurant and it was not a good one.
I always order takeout. I usually have lunch in the morning. I don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes. Sometimes the fries are cold or stale, but I still recommend trying them. Occasionally they don't give a large portion of fries when ordered. For vegetarian options, you can order salads without meat. The restaurant is child-friendly with a playground. There are plenty of parking spaces for pickup, including at Walmart nearby.
I always have a great experience here. There is usually a long line, but I only had three cars ahead of me today. I received my lunch quickly. I appreciate how they always end the interaction with a polite "my pleasure". The atmosphere feels like a 5-star resort in a fast food setting. The food is top-notch, I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
