Chick-fil-a - Réservation de table

I placed an online order for an office meeting. I also paid Chick-fil-A. If you fill out orders online, you will have the opportunity to choose your dates. At the delivery of 6 out of 6 orders had no condiments. When I contacted them, I was told they would give me a free delivery next time. I told them I wouldn't order them again. At this point I went to the site and took the contingencies myself when I talked to an assistant manager, she was rude. I looked after 7 times Chick-fil-A and did not receive a call from management or owner. This store is very badly executed and has gone to the hill since the change of property. Very terrible for a company that claims to have such high values.

This location needs better training on the POS system and customer service. I have been to locations that are in parts of the country that have employees with lower education levels and have a better understanding of how to do their jobs. I was so upset by the experience that I chose to not even order food even though I was hungry and just let my wife order food.

I believe this location cares more about there drive through more than the dine in folks . They are all rushing around to take care of them .This is the 2nd time I ask for ketchup after setting down and no one came back to the table . They do not have condiments available in the dining room . Other locations take care of the dine in folks much better .

Normally I don’t leave comments, but this time I couldn’t hold back. I’ve never had to wait so long to receive my food. And people who had ordered way after me were getting their food. Also I didn’t receive any of the condiments I asked for. I was late taking my daughter to soccer practice. I hope things get better here like it used to be. Réservez une table maintenant

Especially I love girls felt a. However, my friend and I were dissatisfied the last two times we drove in this place. We order the 8 pieces Nuggets and Pommes and Limonade. The last two times our Pommes were less and less. Our box is not full. We might have 4 big gun barrels and the rest of the box is bits and pieces like crumbs.

Slowest Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Ordered breakfast on mobile app at 10:09 in drive thru line, didn't get to window because of the long slow line until 10:44 and had my order canceled since it wasn't breakfast anymore. Employees are too lazy to even read your name correctly.

several times I was in this place, which is how my great Frey looked like....he filled! Even said they said something about it today when they order....still did it! If from now on we go to another place, we have several others in the city and none of them makes this nonsense.

This location is great. I do miss the curbside but its not a big deal! The owner, Brent, is great! He is one of the ONLY owners sending out rewards and incentives to come in! Id personally drive over from the Barracks area just to come to his location! Réservez une table maintenant

I love chicks with all my heart. But every time I came to this place last year, it was a disappointment. From cold frits to terrible customer service capabilities, this location is the worst in the BCS sector.

Super friendly staff. Was waited on immediately. My son had a lot of fun playing on their indoor playground with other kids. Great food and atmosphere!Kid-friendliness: My son loves the indoor playground
