This location used to provide top tier service and food. I'm really not sure what happened. The drive thru in the evening is super slow. I sat in line for almost 40 mins to finally get to the speaker only to not receive the typical warm Chick-fil-A greeting. My order was not repeated back to me so I knew this was going to be an issue and I was right. The drink was full of ice even though I requested no ice. I didn't receive the salad toppings that are standard with my salad, but received 4 packets of dressing I didn't ask for? My brother's sandwich was lukewarm and looked like it had barely been cooked. Have you ever been at the end of the drive thru line and be staring at the drive thru window because the line was wrapped around the entire building? Well, that happened to me today. I was there today (Saturday) around 12:30 pm. I thought about going inside but every parking spot was full too. I'm so glad I stayed in line because I was in that line for only 8 mins. ONLY 8 mins. I've been in a drive thru longer than that (not yours) with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not only was the wait short compared to the number of customers but they also had an employee outside taking our orders on her tablet. What a great idea. Mr T.C. would've been proud today.
This is a great place to eat. The staff is friendly, energetic, and ready to help. The management is generous and supportive of the other organizations in community. The Women's Clinic of Atlanta has a parenting class and this store donates the meal for our families twice a semester. They are excited to help our young parents by providing them a delicious dinner. Great organization, great store, great people! Thanks so much for all you do!!
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, fries, and a drink. When I got home, I was disappointed to find that the mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting for a while and was not as cheesy as it should have been. The sandwich was mostly bread with very little meat. The only thing that was good was my drink. I was very disappointed with my overall experience.

I have always enjoyed the food and service at this restaurant, but today was especially fantastic when I was surprised with the news that my family's meal was complimentary. It was a lovely Christmas treat. Thank you so much for making this mom's day!
Three straight times they've FUBAR'd our orders and they screwed up the catering for my 2 year-old's birthday, making me late as I had to wait for them to make a tray that we'd already ordered. I've had it with this place ?
I love this location. It has to be the best!!!!! Love how they work the drive thru, open doors as your coming and going, and assist u with parking. Kind and polite always. I go past several locations to come to this!!
We start our mornings off Mon. Fri. at 6:30 AM at the Decatur Chik Fil A. They call the 6 of us the coffee club. The staff is like our family and the service and food is always exceptional. We love 'our ' Chik Fil A !

Best customer service!!! I felt like I was in restaurant and not in a fast food place. If you have lil kids this is the place to take them. They were so wonderful with my 15 months old son.
Typically come here once a week, slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too and almost always missing something. Wish it wasn’t the closest to home
