Half the restaurant it used to be. Visited this restaurant a few times in the last year or so with my family. Every visit is a disappointment for me and my family. For me because the sandwiches are kid sized—all of them—and a disappointment for the kids because the playground is pendency closed. Furthermore, seating has been reduced by about 30% due to failure of planning from when they remodeled the restaurant a couple years ago. They’ve taken away some of the best seating in the house for their side operation. This place is definitely not McDonald’s because I’m NOT loving it.
I'm not one to leave negative reviews often, but I have to be honest about my experience at this restaurant. Despite repeating my order twice to the server, they still managed to get half of it wrong. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, I ended up with the incorrect order. I understand that the staff works long hours and outdoors, but I expected more attentive service. Only one out of the five items I ordered was prepared correctly.
I don't typically dine at Chick-fil-A, but when I do, I expect an equal ratio of pickles to chicken in my sandwich. Unfortunately, my sandwich only had one pickle slice. I prefer not to have more than two pickle slices and I don't think it's necessary to order extra pickles to fully enjoy the sandwich. While the sandwiches are always tasty, it would enhance the experience if there were more pickles included.
We decided to visit this restaurant on a Friday night and it was extremely busy. They had a good system in place to manage the long line, but there was still a significant wait. Despite this, the changing Christmas lights created a festive atmosphere and I waited patiently for half an hour. The food was as delicious as we anticipated. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
