I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I had high expectations because it is a well-known chain, but they fell short. We chose this place during a road trip because of the playground for children to burn off energy, but it was closed and turned into a training center. There was limited seating and it felt crowded and chaotic. The staff seemed untrained, and hearing "my pleasure" in response to a thank you was rare, except from the manager. The tables were dirty and the bathrooms were in need of cleaning. Overall, I was very disappointed with the situation.
I have never had any issues with Kicherbissen before. Today, I ordered my lunch for work and received a notification that there was a problem with my order. I called and they said the refund would be credited back to my card, but they still went ahead and fulfilled the order as a comp since I was their last delivery of the day. As always, they exceeded my expectations and the food tasted incredible as well!
This restaurant deserves a mandatory 3 stars, but it was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've had. We were told our food was ready only to wait another 10 minutes before actually receiving it. I noticed that the busier Chick-fil-A location had faster service. The staff, as always, was very friendly. Overall, the service was extremely slow. I suggest avoiding this location during the 2pm hour.
Obligatory 3 stars, but this was the worst Chick Fil A. We got the alert our food was ready and then, 10 minutes later, actually got our food. I?ve been to busier Chick Fil As with lest staff and gotten quicker service. The staff, as always, weredelightful. Overall, took forever. Avoid during the 2pm hour.
