HEY OTHER FAST FOOD CHAINS!!!!This is the business model you should be replicating! Great food, incredible employees who actually look and behave like the truly enjoy their job. I don 't think I ever have seen a YouTube video of people climbing through the drive thru window or jumping the counter because they were being charged 75 cents for an extra cup of BBQ sauce that took place at any of these establishments. KUDOS to you Chick-fil-A!Side note: This place is so good that they make enough money to be closed on Sundays....sad that I can 't eat yummiest in Sunday but I can appreciate a day off too.
This place always gets the order correct. Quick, hot, delicious, what more could you ask for? My only complaint would be the 1st stall in the ladies room. Between the violent overspray from the automatic flush (think bidet, people) and the tp dispenserthat is ridiculously hard to spin, it was an experience I'd rather not repeat. I'd eat here anytime, just steer clear of the1st stall if you have to use the ladies room.
Usually my experience here is good, but yesterday I bought an salat. when I ate it, a piece of food had a strange texture. it felt like it had been looked before and was a nasty texture. I'll spit it out right away. I have already complained online and no one has reached me by phone or email. I'm really disappointed and worried. I'd hope no one pampered with my food.
Chick-fil-A is absolutely fantastic! We hosted our Production Seminar and had the Chick-fil-A team cater our breakfast. The food arrived early and it was perfect! The highlight was that the driver left the warming bag with us, ensuring that everything hot stayed warm! If you're looking to cater an event, I highly recommend considering Chick-fil-A! we ordered online at 9:35 clock and arrived at this place at 9:45 clock to pick up our food. they asked us to move forward and continued to give the 5 vehicles that ordered their food behind us before finally our food at 10:05 o'clock without all our sauces and cold frying. the worst customer service I have ever received at any Chick-fil-A.
The staff here do not seem to meet the usual Chick-fil-A standards. They approach their roles more like a typical high turnover job. The managers are doing a fantastic job and are making the best of the situation. Hopefully, they can help their team become more attentive, polite, and caring.
The food was excellent, and the service was incredibly fast. There was one occasion when I wasn't even sure I fully stopped in the drive-thru line. I gave them my name and just rolled forward gradually with the other cars to pick up my order and leave. Réservez une table maintenant
