Don't waste your time ordering large fries here—the portion for the large size is often the same as, or even smaller than, the regular size. Moreover, when the line gets backed up and you've already placed your order, they've been known to send someone out to bring your food from the pickup window back to your car, even in the rain. This just adds unnecessary complications, like the person holding your food breathing all over it or accidentally taking it to the wrong car, making that person peek into your bag. When I went to make my order, they were busy and I understood that, the girl taking the orders couldn't take mine because her iPad stopped working so she sent me to the pick up window and said I could order there. I went there and made my order, all went went and the guy told me to go park next to the chick Fil a car. I went and parked there, I knew it was busy and I could see them all working hard to meet demands so I knew it was gonna be a little wait. I sat in my car for a while and no one came. I had to go inside to take me order, it was already cold and not even an apology. I was fuming because why make me wait when I still have to go in to pick up my order, I understand that you're bus...
Fortunately, Momo, a young employee who was taking orders outside, stepped up to help. He couldn't have been older than my son, who is 25, and he calmly offered to use his own card for my order. I went to send him money through a mobile app, but he kindly refused to share his information. His kindness and generosity truly amazed me.

Instead of sending workers out to take our orders around 8:08 am they are taking our orders at the window. This means I am currently stuck in the drive thru line for over 35 minutes which is beyond ridiculous. I came here for the fast service not to be waiting in a drive-thru line that I am stuck, I have to go to work!

The peach smoothie isn't my favorite; I prefer the Oreo one. The chicken minis and hash browns were new for me, and they were delicious! I initially thought there was too much butter on top of the biscuit, but it turned out to be really tasty. By the way, I have to mention that this is my favorite fast food restaurant!
I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they delivered only 1 and the broth was stone. when I called and finally got someone who copied a job with me because I asked if they could deliver the missing sandwich instead of giving me credit, as they are the ones who forgot to pack that sandwich.
As always, the line was quite long! However, the restaurant had plenty of staff outside to assist with taking orders and processing payments, making the process very efficient. The lengthy wait was not a problem at all. The food was spot on—fresh and absolutely delicious. Great job!
The service was good at best. Prices a bit high!!! NO SENIOR CITIZENS DISCOUNT ? not really friendly to your seniors. Carters bit too much to young people, delivery, and drive-through. For a family run company, not a great image. ?

very slow service, wrong menu points. worker sounds as if it were an inconvenience to take my order! Ask me twice after my drink and it was still wrong! mcds has a much better ride thru and pleasant worker.
