I placed my order through the app and chose the drive-thru option. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff told me to come inside to pick up the order. If drive-thru service isn’t available for app orders, it shouldn’t be offered as an option. Additionally, the staff handed me a damaged sauce container that was leaking. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience — the staff clearly need better training. Worst customer service I’ve encountered.
