Chick-fil-a Florence

This is a very very busy location. That being said they run it like a well oiled machine both dine in and drive thru both. Always incredibly helpful and polite. Very clean restaurant and parking lot. Good amount of parking and the back up to the mall parking lot.

Me and my family absolutely love the staff. We have eaten at the Muscle Shoals location nearly every Wednesday for the last 6 years with the same warming welcome. I appreciate the family atmosphere and my 3 year old loves eat and play day.

Good job. However, I’ll be morning my forgotten sauces for weeks. Maybe months. I was so excited to break open a spicy siracha with my nugget meal. Heartbroken isn’t the word.

Busy as most chick-fil-a's are. Especially by a mall. Our order was missing a fry, but that was remedied by walking inside.
