Chick-Fil-A Owings Mills Square

So, most Chick-fil-A's are nice, and serve your food with pleasantries BUT this one surpasses all other given the amount of customers that they serve. They move customers through the indoor and drive-thru lines so quickly you just take for granted that they are just super efficient. If u see a line, just get in it, you will be pleased at how fast they move...and with accuracy.. And with a smile. One small but notable issue, sometimes their oil isn't heated enough and the fries are soft, but in all of my days it's happened twice and so check before you leave and that's a quick resolve.

Almost always order the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. And you can't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce. The staff was very friendly and the drive thru was busy but the line moved along pretty quickly. The parking area is busy as it is in the foundry row complex, so don't be surprised if it gets a little backed up.

I've been to this location about 7 times since they have opened because I wanted to give an accurate review. Pros: 1Very convenient location 2.

This is not your average Chikfila, where polite customer service exists in the drive thruThe lunch service at the drive thru was harsh and rude.
