One of if not the best trained staff around. The drive thru works like a well-oiled machine. Yesterday the place was packed. As I waited in line, I sent a text and pic to my wife saying I'm at the back of the line, so I might be here a while. She responded that it would go fast. 2 minutes later, they were taking my order, lol. The staff were very polite and friendly as they usually are. When I was given my food, the person handing it to me had me check for sauce and utensils. Everything was perfect. I had the Spicy Southwest chicken salad. Someone recommended it to me. It was great. Regularly cleaned, Excellent food that doesn't even need sauce to taste great, extremely fast service. I was told in advance the menu was ordered slightly different, which helped prevent me from making a mistake when I was ordering. I got my food exactly as ordered, and the food was delivered to my table about 5 seconds after I sat down. I was pleasantly surprised, I think this particular branch is even better than the other ones.
Honestly feel like the service lately has gone down here. Every once in a while they forget something in the bag. Think this one really takes the cake. First time I've had the whole chicken missing out the sandwich. Even got the bacon in there ! Customer service was nice enough to comp my meal thru the app and request a refund.
Always a good experience at Chik-fil-A,. Using the app from the parking lot, and your food is ready very soon after finding a table. Never had anything other than pleasant and happy servers. The manager takes the time to remember frequent customers and check on how they are doing. Clean dining room and restrooms. Réservez une table maintenant
I am normally a fan of this Chick-fil-a but now I recommend checking your order before driving away. I ordered 8 pc nuggets and a 3 piece strip meal and an extra 3 strips they forgot the extra strips....was sad that my mom couldn't get extra strips if she wanted. I'll be checking my bag before I move along.
