we usually love Chick-fil-A, but today it was a disappointment. we wasted our money. the chicken tasted again warmed, plus the fries were soggy. it was like eating at mcdonald’s. they had a lot of personal, but it seemed that they were all too busy chatting and playing to make the dinge right. we went at 1:30 and it wasn't as busy as we arrived. we went through the drive thru. we ordered four combos and asked for a lot of Chick-fil-A sauce and ketchup to go with our meals. they gave us only three sauces. we had to turn around and I had to go in to get enough for everyone. the salate I ordered had bad salate. it was simply not the Chick-fil-A quality that we are used to.
this situation was always one of the best. Even if they're crazy, we don't have to wait long. what impressed me the most, we went on the last Thursday after that they closed at 10 o'clock, but found out that they closed at 930. we have about 925, along with some other cars. they have taken all our orders and no one has cut off. again the service was fast and the employees were very nice when we all left them later.
Been coming to this location for a while now, always great service, seem to wanna get to know you. Food is always fresh and taste great. Starting to really enjoy the breakfast menu. Morning drive thru can be slow at times but, no big deal. Lunch lines are pretty long but move pretty fast at the same time. Great place to eat.
always faster service by friendly staff, eating is fresh and always hot boiled. their phone app allows to order from a menu, favorite or retrieval of past orders. creating an account gives access to rewards feedback. their prizes are great and a great experience for the whole family.
