Lots of crunch, doesn't fall off and traps a lot of moisture inside the meat. Probably the first fried chicken place that doesn't just pour tons of salt in their food. Moderate salt can enhance flavors, but too much salt can also be used to cover quality of ingredients and taste. Got them extra hot. The heat isn't really much, it's more of a tingling on your tongue, but not burning hot. I ordered the Combo 2, which included two sliders and fries. The chicken was fried but lacked any flavor, and the fries tasted stale. The mac and cheese was watery and bland, with a gritty texture. Overall, the combination of the dry chicken, stale fries, and unappetizing mac and cheese was disappointing. I definitely would not order from here again.
