This place needs to improve their game. After my order, I ordered 6 ranch. The cashier gave me the food and I asked, the ranch is in there and he said should be so that I pulled out and pulled over to see if all the food was there, because every time I go something always lacked, but anyway there was no ranch in the pocket, so I pulled back and told them that I didn't get the ranch and she asked me about the entrance that I gave her. Finally, when I argued a little, she told me to raise and they gave me Ranch when I left, I saw in the pocket and there were 5 ranch. Every other day I would have just pulled off and was good with the 5 but because as rude they were for me, I pulled back and told them they gave me only 5 and I clearly paid for 6. Again, they told me they wouldn't give it to me, then they told me to raise. I pulled up and the manager came into my car. I asked what the problem was about giving me what I paid for and then I was crazy. She told me to talk to her rest and tried to tell me that her employee said she put her in the bag. I told her to give the other ranch and leave me home before my food gets cold.
I went through the drive thru today to get a snack pack for my son on the way back home. 1st issue I had is the person that took my order needs to work on their listening skills as I had to repeat twice that my son wanted CORN NUGGETS as his side item. I get to the window, I pay receive our teas. However, when we receive our food, there was absolutely NO EMPLOYEE INTERACTION. As soon as I handed the food to my son turned around the person was gone- even before I could ask for condiments or napkins (which I DID NOT RECEIVE). Then we get home to eat our food my son receives old, soggy french fries in his snack pack- Not the Corn Nuggets I had to repeat twice to them that he wanted!!!! ??? GET IT TOGETHER CHICKEN EXPRESS- ENNIS OR HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW HOW TO LISTEN GIVE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Pretty sure we said BISCUITS 3 TIMES! Once when we ordered Once again when she said say it again One more time when she asked what sides we wanted. We got a sack of soggy rolls, let's not even talk about the cold chicken Golden Chick closed, this place is next then all we'll have is KFC. Sad.
