Vanessa, the store manager assisted me on 01/20/24, with placing a large order for an event at our church. We were having our appreciation dinner for our Nursing Home Ministry. Vanessa and her staff were able to put together a large order of 200 pieces of chicken, along with rolls an sweet tea, for our event. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. I WILL NEVER PAY FOR RUDESNESS AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU....After patiently waiting for about 10 minutes for the order in front of me to be corrected (the entire time I watched my order sit on the counter)... I asked for fresh food. I was initially told another 10 minutes.... after Mr. Rudeness comes back to take my payment he says, it 'll be 20 minutes....of course I hesitated cause WTH at this point.... Mr. Rudeness then says.... I have your card... it 's a yes or no... what do you wanna do ..... needless to say....I am thankful for personal growth.
I ordered 2 chicken legs. I pulled up to the window and the associate grabbed 2 cooked legs from under the heat lamp put them in the basket and dropped them back into the grease. I asked window clerk why this was done and was told to give the chicken moisture from the grease since it was sitting under the heat lamp for awhile!? The food was over cooked and greasy.
Food was fresh and yummy. The employee who took my order asked if I wanted a pie and to upgrade my drink. Said no to the pie and yes to the drink. Was impressed with his manners and the fact that he is trying to upsell. Shows he takes the initiative to ensure the customer is satisfied.

While ordering in drive thru, we encountered a professional employee taking our order. She also suggested desert. She had cheerful attitude and sounded happy to be there. Nowadays people have a poor attitude and unprofessional. She really made our day. Thank you, Vanessa!
I like Chicken E, but y'all ought be shamed for serving me this bowl of gravy, lined with my mashed potatoes way at the bottom. You basically just gave me 2 bowls of gravy with my tenders!!
People are always friendly but please change the grease more often. Remember good food good service return customersIntegrity is a key PowerPoint.
This location is the best one I have ever been to. Their food and service are consistently top notch. Wish I could give 10 stars.
