Chicken Express Of Ardmore

I made a reservation, but when I arrived home, it was incorrect. I called the restaurant, and they agreed to fix the issue. However, when I went to the counter, staff tried to give me the wrong order again. Finally, a guy in a black shirt—who I assume was the one I spoke to on the phone—handled it correctly. Unfortunately, no one apologized for the mistakes or acknowledged the inconvenience this caused me. The company's website doesn't allow for feedback; it directs you to address concerns with the local business, which makes me doubt their feedback system. At least after two trips and a phone call, I finally received the correct order.

6/06/21, I was visiting with family for the day and traveled to Ardmore. For dinner, we picked up meals at Chicken Express at 6:24 AM M. Our meals and drinks were accurate. The food was hot and plentiful. The ladies working were friendly and professional.

This is one of the few fast food places that we will eat in Ardmore because of how clean it is in the kitchen and the dinning room. It's consistently clean and the employees seem like they have it together as well.

Chicken was dry and tough and now you have to pay extra for dipping sauces. Use to go there weekly, time to find a new place

NOT BAD... Fair prices. Decent chicken tenders. Very good green beans. Watered down gravy.
