Chicken Salad Chick

We were excited to try Chicken Salad Chick, but, unfortunately, we had a less than stellar experience. The restaurant was dirty and obviously understaffed, and the bathrooms were super unpleasant. We waited 25+ minutes for our food (after the lunch rush was 2 pm and there were only a handful of guests), only to find out that our order had been lost. We really appreciated that our order was refunded, but it's always disappointing to see situations where the employees aren't being set up for success.

Kayla at the register was so helpful. She allowed me to test samples and was very knowledgeable. The options to choose from did get me a tad nervous all bc I had not been there but thank goodness for samples lol. It wasn't packed and the food was fresh. The dining room was interesting but clean. The chicken salad was actually not bad. It wasn't sweet which I hate but like I said you can sample.

Recently had an order messed up at this location. I wasn't very happy about this but when I called the store to report this issue, the staff (specifically someone named Parker) was very apologetic, helpful, and fully reconciled the issue. I love the food at chicken salad chick and I appreciate that the staff will go above and beyond to reconcile any issues brought to their attention.

I used to not get the hype around chicken salad in general, but CSC has converted me. Jalapeño Holly is my favorite, and this is my go to spot for quick food that’s not by default smothered in grease.
