My boss brought several types of chicken salad from Chicken Salad Chic to work one day, and I was immediately hooked! I have tried around 6-7 different ones now, and they're all DELICIOUS!! I've been in to the Katy location a couple of times and the servers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Last Tuesday, 3/8/22, Kelliann greeted me at the counter with the sweetest smile. I was having a horrible day and was extremely frazzled, but she answered all my (unnecessary, because all the info I needed was readily available on a menu on the counter) questions patiently, in a soft-spoken and pleasant way. I usually opt to grab the chicken salad from the quick pickup area and take it home, as it's just a short detour on my way back.

It was my first time visiting, and I was impressed by the friendly staff and welcoming patrons who offered great recommendations. The outstanding customer service at this restaurant was fantastic. It was a delightful surprise to see the owner working behind the counter. They were extremely friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions, and even allowed us to try some of their best dishes. The food was absolutely delicious!
