We have always appreciated the Bloomfield Hills location, but this one is more convenient for us. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, the quality of the 40-piece chicken bites has really declined. We recently spent nearly $70 on chicken bites and four sides because our fridge is out of order. The chicken bites were overcooked and so crispy that I was worried I might chip a tooth on them. They were small, dry, and excessively crunchy. They either need to be cooked for less time or made larger. The service was just as disappointing. When I arrived, the woman at the counter didn’t even greet me. I said, “Hello, I have a pickup order for Anna,” and she mumbled something I couldn't unde...
I ordered a 2-piece lunch special with all white meat, and it was terrible. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I should have realized something was off since my order came out quicker than usual. This will be my first and last visit to this location. I don’t understand why the food wasn’t fresh, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t busy and the employees were more focused on loud gossiping than on their work.
I visited this restaurant for lunch after not being there for about a year. Paying $10.25 for a chicken snack feels a bit excessive for the portion size. The food was just okay; the chicken breasts were quite small, and the wings have always been on the smaller side as well. It seems like this is just a trend in many restaurants these days: prices increase while portions and quality decline.
Worst customer service ever. Waited 40 min for our food. 2 people came in after us got food and ate before we got our food. Diet pop ran out and their solution was to put a sign up instead of changing it. What a disappointment. Didnt even offer a solutionfor drinks being diabetic that's all I could drink. Also it was dine in and was given everything in bags what a waste ofresources.

The chicken I had here was truly disappointing. This location does not compare to the others. It had an odd smell and was both tasteless and dry. The potatoes were totally lacking in seasoning, without even a hint of butter. It's hard to fathom. I won't be coming back to this restaurant.
Absolutely delicious! The perfect way to relax after a long, stressful day is to indulge in these delightful treats. I just wish they had chocolate cake on the menu!
The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. The staff really enjoyed the combination the restaurant created for them.
The potato was lacking both oil and seasoning. This is the third time my order has been incorrect.
